Calculator inputs

Calculator values may appear in the page URL when you submit a form because the current version uses GET parameters for transparent, shareable estimates. Do not enter private personal information.

No loan application data

This site does not ask for names, phone numbers, Social Security numbers, income documents, credit reports, or loan applications.

Analytics and cookies

This site uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand aggregate, anonymized usage — which pages are visited and how visitors arrive — so the calculators and content can be improved. It is not used to collect loan leads or to identify you personally.

Google Analytics sets cookies (for example _ga and _ga_*) and processes data such as your truncated IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and referring source. This data is processed by Google LLC as a data processor on our behalf; see Google’s Privacy Policy and how Google uses cookies.

You can opt out of Google Analytics on all sites with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, by blocking cookies in your browser, or with a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal.

Google Search Console is used through a separate Google property to monitor indexing and search performance; it relies on Google’s own search data, not additional cookies set by this site.

We do not sell or share your personal information, and we do not serve personalized advertising. If you are in a region with privacy rights (for example the EU/UK under GDPR or California under the CCPA), you may request information about, or deletion of, any analytics data associated with you via the methods on the contact page. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals where applicable.

Advertising

This version reserves advertising containers but does not load any ad scripts and does not set advertising cookies. If ad scripts are added later, this policy will be updated before they are enabled.
